Medulla Supplies stocks the consumables a dental practice orders on repeat: gloves and PPE, infection control and surface disinfection, paper products, dispensers, housekeeping and first aid, alongside the single-use items that are used up the quickest.
Prices are shown excluding VAT and pack sizes appear on every line, each with a clinically relevant specification section to guide the buying decision, so the nurse placing the order and the practice manager approving it are working from the same information.
PPE and gloves covers nitrile, latex and vinyl examination gloves, aprons, eye protection and face masks including Type IIR. Infection control covers surface wipes, disinfectant sprays and aspirator cleaners. Paper products covers couch roll, centrefeed, hand towels and disposable bibs, with the dispensers that take them. First aid and housekeeping complete the list.
We also stock the single-use items a practice gets through daily: aspirator tips and vented aspirator tubes, 3-in-1 syringe tips, matrix bands, dappen pots, throat packs, impression trays and endodontic syringes. UnoDent runs through much of the range, so a practice already buying that brand can switch supplier without switching products.
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day on a tracked next working day service. Delivery is free on orders over £75 excluding VAT, and from £4.19 ex VAT below that. Collection from us is available if you are local and need something urgently before your next clinic.
Phone lines are open 8am to 6.30pm, which covers the window before the first patient and after the last. Our account managers are clinicians by background, so a question about tip sizes or glove grades is answered there and then.
A trade account adds 30-day invoicing and free access to MedullaAI, our predictive reordering system, which prompts you to reorder before you run out. We review your ordering through it and flag where you could be paying less.
Upload your three most recent supplier invoices with the application and we will price your lines against what you currently pay. A practice reordering the same consumables every month sees the difference quickly. Trade accounts also include our procurement service, so if you need equipment or a line we do not stock, tell us and we will source it.
