The Atrauman Tulle Dressing (10cm x 20cm) is a non-medicated polyester mesh dressing designed for atraumatic wound care.

- Prevents granulation tissue from adhering to the dressing
- Impregnated with Neutral Triglycerides (Fatty Acids)
- Free from Vaseline or Paraffin, ensuring no residue on the wound
- Keeps wound edges soft and flexible, preventing scar tissue contraction
- Minimizes pain and trauma upon removal with its enhanced non-adherent properties
- Made from hydrophobic polyester fibers
- Allows the passage of exudate and air for optimal wound healing
