- Prevents granulation tissue from sticking to the dressing
- Impregnated with neutral triglycerides (fatty acids)
- Free from Vaseline and paraffin, leaving no residue on the wound
- Keeps wound edges soft and flexible, helping prevent scar tissue contraction
- Enhanced non-adherent properties to minimize pain and trauma during removal
- Hydrophobic polyester fibers
- Allows exudate and air to pass through
