A heavy paraffin-based ointment that forms an occlusive barrier on very dry skin, sealing in moisture and reducing water loss overnight. Free from added fragrances, colours and preservatives, and does not contain sodium lauryl sulphate, so it suits skin that reacts to detergents in standard emollients. The 500g tub doubles as a soap substitute and bath additive for complete emollient therapy.
